4th ICC Indian Arbitration Day

The annual conference of ICC India will discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration with particular attention to Indian practice and experiences.

It will feature an inaugural session and two-panel discussions on ‘Institutions, Tech and Experts – Stakeholders of an effective Arbitration Ecosystem’ and ‘Costs, Timelines and Conflict: Is the Amendment Act yielding desired results?’. The sessions will be addressed by renowned arbitration practitioners from India and abroad. Hon’ble Mr Justice, DY Chandrachud, Judge, Supreme Court of India, will deliver the special address.
