Co-organised with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia Branch), this last series titled, “Case Law Update” will feature distinguished speakers from the Malaysia Judiciary namely YA Datuk Nallini Pathmanathan (Federal Court Judge), YA Dato’ Mary Lim Thiam Suan (Federal Court Judge), YA Dato’ Lee Swee Seng (Court of Appeal Judge), YA Datuk Nantha Balan E.S. Moorthy (Court of Appeal Judge) and YA Dato’ Lim Chong Fong (High Court Judge). The workshop will be moderated by Mr. Robert Amirtharaj Lazar and will discuss the recent jurispudence and case law updates in the field of arbitration, as decided by Malaysian courts and those of international states.
