John Riches, a well-known arbitrator, adjudicator, expert determiner and expert witness with UK and overseas experience, will give his annual update on the law of adjudication. He will discuss any key legal developments in respect of the Construction Act and adjudication drawing on any recent cases in the Technology and Construction Court and his own experience acting as adjudicator and party representative. He will provide an insight into the problems faced by adjudicators and citing some interesting related cases.
