This is an online event hosted by CIArb's Thames Valley Branch, entitled 'Dispute Resolution in England and Wales with a Focus on the MOJ Call for Evidence', taking place on 17 November at 6.00pm.

In its recent Call for Evidence on Dispute Resolution in England and Wales the MOJ expressed its ambition to mainstream non-adversarial dispute resolution mechanisms, so that resolving disagreements, proactively and constructively, becomes the norm. As a representative of many dispute resolution practitioners and one of the foremost organisations involved in alternative dispute resolution, CIArb will of course put in its evidence. This seminar will explore CIArb’s position, the approach in other jurisdictions and the impact on and future for dispute resolution practitioners.
