This ICSID course is aimed at legal counsel of Chinese and foreign enterprises in China and lawyers practicing in international dispute resolution, with presentations by the Secretariat of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and interactions with renowned scholars or practitioners of international investment law. Simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and English will be provided for in-person and online participants.
