The pandemic has impacted and still impacts the global economy, affecting more or less all of its segments. Unlike many other economic activities, construction projects have never been suspended, nevertheless they have not encountered a number of difficulties and obstacles due to the consequences of the pandemic. In this webinar, the participants will try to provide an overview of the most significant effects of the pandemic on the implementation of construction contracts, with reference to the negative consequences and dispute resolution, as well as the positive effects of the new circumstances, especially with regard to managing construction contracts concluded under the FIDIC standard forms of contract.
