The launch comes after the success of the AIAC Standard Form of Building Contracts (SFC), which the AIAC TEC hopes to emulate.

The AIAC TEC SFs – SDC aims to provide a useful template, encompassing the best industry practices and ensuring that the rights and obligations of the stakeholders involved are balanced.

Attendees will hear from the TEC Members, who drafted the SDC alongside the AIAC TEC Team. The panel will discuss the customisable features of the SDC, the rights and obligations of the customer and developer under the SDC, and how disputes are dealt with under the SDC.
