CIArb will explore:

• the state of digital transformation in ADR pre, during and post the pandemic;

• the cultural, technological and legal challenges of ADR going digital;

• what the new normal in ADR may look like; and

• whether the current mediator and arbitrator training curriculum addresses the true needs of the new normal.
